Eunice Lee Haley, age 82, of Cleveland, Mississippi, formerly of Eudora, Arkansas, died Friday, May 1, 2009, at Bolivar Medical Center Long Term Care Facility in Cleveland, Mississippi. She was born July 25, 1926, in Moorhead, Mississippi, the daughter of the late Frank Anderson and Cordie Mae Upchurch Anderson. She was the widow of John Haley and a homemaker and Baptist.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John Haley and 3 brothers, Bill, Earl and Paul Anderson. Survivors are 2 daughters, Linda Williams of Houston, Texas and Jeannie Bean of Huntingburg, Indiana; 2 brothers, Don Anderson and Grady Anderson, both of Greenville, Mississippi; 3 sisters, Alma Anderson of Cleveland, Mississippi, Leona Cook of Batesville, Mississippi and Mary Hayes of Shreveport, Louisiana; 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Special thanks to her grandson, Danny Herron Jr. and his wife, Christi, for taking care of her in Cleveland, Mississippi.
Visitation is from 5 to 7 P.M. Sunday, at Bishop Funeral Home in Lake Village. Graveside services are 2:00 P.M. Monday, May 4, 2009, at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Eudora. Arrangements are by Bishop Funeral Home of Lake Village.
