Jerry Lynn Crouse, age 68, of Lake Village, died Wednesday, January 14, 2009, at Chicot Memorial Hospital. He was born Feb. 2, 1940, in Klamath Falls, Oregon, the son of the late Pat Crouse and Elvie Johnson Crouse. He had been a science teacher and coach and was owner and registered pharmacist for many years at Lake Village Drug Store.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by a brother, Don Crouse. Survivors are his wife, Sadie Haddad Crouse, 2 sons, Khalil Lynn Crouse and his wife, Michelle, and Icer Crouse and his wife, Stephanie; 2 daughters, Sarah Haddad Crouse and Kamila Lea Crouse all of Lake Village; one sister, Sue D'Arcy of Las Cruces, New Mexico and 6 grandchildren.
Visitation is from 6 to 7 P.M. Friday with Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Bishop Funeral Home.
Funeral services are 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 17, 2009, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with Father John Magdalene officiating. Burial will follow in Dermott Cemetery under the direction of Bishop Funeral Home of Lake Village.
