James E. Anderson, age 73, of Monticello, formerly of Lake Village, died Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at his home.  He was born August 7, 1936, in Marked Tree, Arkansas and was a retired farmer and Baptist. 

He is survived by a daughter, Becky Gipson of Monticello and three grandchildren.

Graveside services are 11:00 A.M. Friday, February 5, 2010, at Oak Grove Cemetery with Bro. Phillip Payne officiating.  Arrangements are by Bishop Funeral Home of

Lake Village.
