Johnny E. O’Fallon, aged 81, of Dermott, formerly of Lake Village, died Monday, January 18, 2010, at Dermott City Nursing Home.  He was born December 31, 1928 in Dermott, Arkansas, the son of the late Barney O’Fallon and Effie Lloyd O’Fallon and was a retired oilfield unit operator and a member of Pine Grove Church of God.

He was preceded in death by 3 brothers.  Survivors are his wife, Dorothy O’Fallon of Bastrop; a son, Brian O'Fallon of Anchorage, Alaska; a daughter, Bonnie Bush of Lake Village; 3 brothers, Glen O’Fallon and wife, Pauline of Crossett, Rev. Bobby O’Fallon and wife, Barbara of Bastrop, and Willard O’Fallon and wife, Dorothy of Columbia, Mississippi; a sister, Mary Martar and husband, Bill, of Eudora; 5 grandchildren and

7 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 5 to 7 P.M. Wednesday at Bishop Funeral Home.  Funeral services are  1:00 P.M. Thursday, January 21, 2010, at Faith Fellowship Church in Lake Village with Rev. Bobby O’Fallon officiating.  Burial will follow in Judson Cemetery near Hamburg.  Arrangements are under the direction of Bishop Funeral Home of Lake Village.

Pallbearers will be Cody Hall, Josh Hall, Zack Hall, Fred O’Fallon, Leroy Sibley and Brandon Griffis.  Honorary pallbearer is Oscar Atkins.
