Penny O’Fallon, age 73, of Denham Springs, Louisiana, formally of Eudora, died Sunday, November 29, 2009 at home in Denham Springs, Louisiana. She was born October 4, 1936 in Eudora, the daughter of the late Eugie Harper and Artie Bell Cotten. She was a Baptist and a member of the Trinity Baptist Church of Denver City, Texas and a custodian for Swaggert Ministries.

She was preceded in death by her husband, L. C. “Cotton” O’Fallon, 2 brothers, 2 grandsons; Miles and Jacob O’Fallon, and a great-granddaughter; Nevaeh Elmore. 

Survivors are one son Keith and Glenda O’Fallon of Laneville, Texas; 2 Daughters, Lettie and Ronnie Griffis of Dayton, Texas, Charlotte Welch and Fiance Lawrence Meaux of Denham Springs, Louisiana; 2 brothers; 8 sisters; 5 grand-children, Jennifer and Lee Elmore, Kristy and Kameron Mulkey, Matthew and Rachal O’Fallon, Sarah Wlech and Josh Duplantis, Jeffery and Haylea Griffis; 3 great-grandchildren, Drew, Lance, and Taylor.   

Visitation is from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at North Side Baptist Church in Eudora. Funeral services are 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at North Side Baptist Church in Eudora with Rev. Bobby O’Fallon officiating.  Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery under the direction of Bishop Funeral Home of Lake Village.
