Mary E. Floriani, age 49, of Russellville, formerly of Lake Village, died Tuesday, August 25, 2009, at her home.  She was born December 10, 1959, in Lake Village, the daughter of Joe Floriani, Sr. and Elda Fratesi Floriani and was a bank teller and a communicant of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.  Her father, Joe Floriani, Sr. preceded her in death.

She is survived by her mother, Elda Floriani of Lake Village; a daughter, Ashley Courson of Haskell; 2 brothers, Joe Floriani, Jr. of Dallas, Texas and Randy Floriani of Malvern; 2 sisters, Pam Gilliam of Russellville and Julie Floriani of Lake Village.  The family wishes to thank 2 special caregivers, Billie Dean Harris of Atkins and Mary Kendall of Russellville.

Visitation is from 5:00 to 6:30 P.M. Friday with Rosary at 6:30 P.M. at Bishop Funeral Home.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with Father Theophilus Okpara as celebrant.  Entombment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery under the direction of Bishop Funeral Home of Lake Village.
